Job Qualification Requirements:
1. Must have 24 months working experience as General Maintenance & Repair Worker.
2. Must have knowledge in electrical system such as using electrical tester, troubleshoot small types of of water pumps (1/4 & 3/4 HP)
3. Must know how to operate elevator and operate generators during power outage.
4. Must know how to perform minor building repairs such as electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry and carpentry works.
5. Must know minor repairs and cleaning of air-conditioners, 6. 6. Must how to use and proper handle small tools and equipment used in the repair and maintenance works such as as lawn mower, vacuum cleaners and dust blower.

The job opportunity is a temporary, full time position commencing on 01/01/2026 & ending on 12/31/2026.
Three-Fourths Guarantee:
Gualo Rai Center Inc. guarantees to offer the Worker's employment for a total of (40) hours a week or for a total to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need whichever is later and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension if any.
Transportation and Subsistence:
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide pay the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of the transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
